I chose Dr. Thompson for my facelift. My two friends had recommended him as he did their MACSlifts and their results were exceptional. I look absolutely amazing, and close to 15 years younger. I am 60 years old and I had tired eyes, jowls, saggy neck, fat under my chin and hollows under my eyes. Dr. Thompson recommended that I have a lip lift so my top teeth would show as well and shorten the distance between my nose and my top lip. I also had fat transfer to the hollows under my eyes. I am absolutely grateful for my new appearance. It’s a version of me but much younger looking. I bumped into my neighbor’s mother at a store. I said hi to her and we visited about her son’s darling family. She said “I know your mother”. That surprised me so I stated my mom’s name. She said “no, the women who lives next door to my son” and I said “that’s me”. She said “I thought you were her daughter”. Let me start off with saying I was very nervous for my appointment. I definitely did not need to feel that way. I met with Dr. Manning today, and he couldn’t have been better. He was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He provided information for all of my options while also answering my questions in a respectful, unhurried way. I didn’t feel upsold on anything, but I also didn’t feel pressured to not do or do any certain procedure. He had an answer for every question and patience for all my concerns. Kayla is the most thorough and talented injector I have ever been to. What sets Kayla apart from the rest is that she takes the time to really examine your face. She makes recommendations based off your natural anatomy, rather than just plumping and filling your face up without thoughtful consideration, and the end results are flawless. I also appreciated the education she gave me on the possible complications that can occur. She checks the inside of your mouth and under your tongue after being injected to ensure there are no vascular occlusions. I have been injected countless times over the last 10 years and she is the first practitioner to EVER do this. In my opinion, Kayla is hands down the best nurse injector I have found and I would highly recommend her. ~Shanna E.
I am a physician and brought my daughter in for laser skin treatments to help with moderate to severe acne. The treatments by nature are typically uncomfortable, causing my daughter to want to stop early in the treatment but her NP, Katy Stephens, has the most amazing bedside manner. She didn’t force her, she slowed down and calmly gave my daughter the option to continue. Katy adjusted the laser settings to be less intense and spent additional time to get a similar effect!!! TRULY CARED FOR MY DAUGHTER I cannot give ENOUGH PRAISE to Katy and the staff and Utah Facial Plastics. She went above and beyond to make these laser treatments a positive experience for my daughter! The treatments take several rounds, and Katy made it such a positive experience, even after initially being very uncomfortable, that my daughter is looking forward to going back.
