What Is The Cost for Laser Skin Resurfacing?

Laser skin resurfacing treatments are minimally invasive procedures that reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, improve skin texture and tone, and will also help tighten the skin. We offer two different types of laser skin resurfacing, Venus Viva and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. This month we are offering 20% off both of these amazing treatments.

Venus Viva

The Venus Viva laser is $650 per treatment and we usually recommend a minimum of three treatments. Venus Viva is safe for all skin types and requires very little down time after each treatment. Many other resurfacing treatments have a high risk of hyperpigmentation or pigment loss, which really makes this laser unique. Venus Viva also promotes your skin to produce collagen and elastin. This laser is for patients concerned with large pores, pigmentation, rosacea, fine lines and wrinkles. Venus Viva can also be used on other parts of the body and is often used to treat stretch marks. Our patients love that they are able to wear makeup just 24 hours after treatments. We also give all of our Venus Viva patients an after care kit that includes Venus Skin Renewal Cleanser, Venus Skin Stem Cell Therapy and Stem Cell Therapy Accelerator as well as Stem Cell Recovery Complex. We provide these products because they will help your skin heal and promote healthy skin.

Fractional CO2 Laser

Our fractional CO2 laser is a more invasive laser treatment that is done by both Drs. Thompson and Henstrom. The CO2 laser treats the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, lax skin, texture and uneven skin tone. We often treat patients with a CO2 laser procedure before and after surgeries, such as blepharoplasties and facelifts, to enhance the overall result. Facelifts, for example, are more focused on tightening the neck, jowls and lower portion of the face. Facelifts do not correct sun damage, blotchiness or all fine lines and wrinkles, which is why our surgeons often recommend a CO2 laser treatment 3 weeks before or after surgery. Our CO2 laser resurfacing treatment does require approximately 7-10 days of down time. After this recovery period, you can start wearing makeup again to cover up any pinkness you may have. The CO2 can also treat the neck, decollate and peri-orbital area (under the eyes). The current cost for a full-face CO2 laser resurfacing treatment is $1,950 (price subject to change). This price includes an Elta MD post procedure kit in which you receive Elta UV Replenish Airless 2.0, Elta Moisturizer, Elta laser balm, and Elta Dermal Wound Cleanser.
