Case Details
The primary concern of this patient was the overall size of her nose from the lateral view. She felt that its size detracted from the features of the rest of her face. The patient denied breathing problems or other concerns. During the consultation and imaging session with Dr. Thompson, the relationship of the nose to the chin was discussed and it was recommended that a conservative reduction in the nose coupled with slight advancement of the chin would bring the patient’s face into the most harmonious relationship. Following rhinoplasty and chin augmentation, improvement in the overall balance of the patient’s profile can be appreciated.
