Case Details
This female patient presented concerned primarily with the size and length of her nose, primarily from the side view. During the consultation and imaging session, the relationship of the nose to the chin was discussed. Dr. Thompson recommended that in addition to reduction in the overall size of the nose, slight advancement of the chin would bring the patient’s face into the most harmonious relationship. Following surgery, the patient’s nose has been shortened (turned upward) and reduced in overall size. Coupled with the slight advancement of the chin, a much improved profile has been achieved.
